(a)  Provide students of management to give constructive feedback, both positive and negative) about the management institute that they are enrolled in without any fear of reprisal from the management of the institute.

(b)  Provide prospective management students information about the various management institutes so that they can assess the quality of the institute and make informed decision as to which management institute would be suitable for them to pursue their quest for higher management education.

(c) Provide student feedback to the management institutes so that they can take corrective action to achieve higher level of student satisfaction as well as higher quality of education.
