Barista - Which way to go? (Various marketing issues)

This case addresses a number of marketing and strategic issues in fast evolving market with competition expected from all over the world. We are well aware with each new entrant, the industry structure and market dynamics changes and the existing players have to cope with various marketing and strategic issues. This happened in the coffee café industry in India in which Barista is participating.

  • Perpetual, non-transferable and non-exclusive rights on payment of one -time royalty fee as given below.
  • Right to print and photocopy the case study with no restrictions for your students.
  • On receipt of payment, a printable file in pdf format will be sent to you. You can photocopy the same for your students students/participants for one particular course/ training program.
Option 2: One-time One-Course Limited Rights
  • Case study can be used ONLY ONCE for use in one course/training program.
  • One time lump sum fee payable as mentioned below.
  • On receipt of payment, a printable file in pdf format will be sent to you. You can photocopy the same for students/participants for one particular course/ training program.
  • Validity of license – 6 months.
Option 3: Single copy for evaluation purposes
  • Single copy of case study available for evaluation purposes. You are not allowed to photocopy or use for any other purpose.
  • On receipt of payment, pdf file will be sent to you. The case study will be marked "DO NOT COPY."
